Our Teams

From sourcing the products responsibly from our network of vendors to forecasting the demand of products to managing the store inventory, our team makes sure our store shelves are stocked with products that our customer needs.
Space Planning
Our space planning team determines where and how to place merchandise by building planograms for stores to drive sales. Besides that, they also ensure product service level is maintained in our stores to best serve our customers.
Distribution Operations
We serve millions of families with over 2,400 stores across Canada. Our team ensures that the right number of products reaches the right store at the right time.
Transportation Operations and Planning
Our teams ensure our products get from our distribution centres to stores safely. The teams thoughtfully plan efficient routes to deliver goods to our network of stores.
Data Insights and Analytics
Our team leverages modern technology to implement tools and other resources to collect real-time data to improve our operational efficiency.
